30+ years of cybersecurity expertise. One methodology that changes everything.
We build security programs that work with human nature, not against it.
Today's Insight from Stop Training Robots
"Security isn't a technology problem — it's a human problem that technology alone cannot solve."

What We Do
We configure and deploy the Stop Training Robots platform to match your organization's culture, risk profile, and team structure. This includes onboarding, baseline assessments, and integration with your existing security awareness program. The platform delivers 15 training modules across five EQ domains, giving your team a structured path from technical competence to complete professional capability.
Audience: Security leaders and CISOs implementing organization-wide programs.
The core of The Giroux Methodology in practice. Our training curriculum consists of 15 modules built across five emotional intelligence domains: Self-Awareness, Self-Management, Social Awareness, Relationship Management, and Security Leadership. Each module runs 4-5 minutes and is designed for cybersecurity professionals at every level.
Audience: Individual security professionals, SOC teams, security awareness managers.
One-on-one and executive-level advisory for CISOs and security leaders who want to shift their programs from compliance-driven enforcement to culture-driven resilience. Engagements include security culture assessments, leadership coaching, team dynamics analysis, and strategic roadmapping grounded in The Giroux Methodology.
Audience: CISOs, VPs of Security, Directors of InfoSec, and security program leaders.

The Book
How Emotional Intelligence Transforms Cybersecurity
Traditional security awareness treats employees like machines to be programmed. This book introduces a revolutionary approach: working with human nature instead of against it. The result? Security cultures where protection becomes instinctive.
Available in paperback, audiobook, and ebook formats.
When we treat employees like machines to be programmed, we get compliance without comprehension

Jamie doesn't just solve problems; he understands the people behind them. He recognizes patterns in behavior as easily as patterns in data. This is not a detached academic text. It's the product of pain, perseverance, and deep purpose.
— Tim Keefe, CEO, SDSS Global LTD & Transform-CX Inc.
Jamie's methodology transformed how our entire organization thinks about security. The shift from compliance to culture was remarkable.

About
At twenty years old, Jamie Giroux died twice on an emergency room table. His heart stopped. Twice. He spent the months that followed in recovery and physical therapy, relearning things most people take for granted.
During that time, a nurse named McIntosh said something that changed the entire trajectory of his life: “You can choose to live, or you can choose to die. But you need to choose.”
He chose to live. Not just survive. Really live. When doctors told him after his accident at 19 that he would never walk normally again, he worked until he could run. His personal motto, forged in that period: “Tell me I can't do something, and I will let you know when I am done.”
That crucible taught him something that would later reshape how he approached cybersecurity leadership: the most critical security vulnerabilities are not in code. They are in how humans perform under pressure.
Over 30 years in cybersecurity, Jamie watched technically brilliant teams crumble during crises while moderately skilled teams with strong emotional awareness achieved extraordinary results. After his own early-career failures — programs that were technically perfect but organizationally toxic — he spent years studying what separates teams that thrive from those that merely survive.
The result is The Giroux Methodology: the first framework specifically engineered to integrate emotional intelligence with cybersecurity operations.
This is not academic theory. Organizations implementing the methodology report 23% faster threat detection, 31% better incident response, and 34% lower team turnover. Jamie developed these capabilities through extensive research, personal transformation, and thousands of hours observing security teams under fire — from cyber ranges to boardrooms to midnight breach responses.

Foreword Endorsement
Tim Keefe, CEO of SDSS Global LTD and Transform-CX Inc., wrote the foreword for Stop Training Robots. Key themes from his endorsement: Jamie understands the people behind the problems. He recognizes patterns in behavior as easily as patterns in data. The book is not detached theory; it is the product of pain, perseverance, and deep purpose. The teams that win are emotionally aligned, not just technically competent.
Let's discuss how emotional intelligence can revolutionize your organization's approach to security.
